Job summary

Star Construction, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator for our Telecom Construction team. You will operate and maintain specialty machines to install phone and internet infrastructure, ensuring performance and safety.

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the United States, with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Experience with drill setup is a plus. We offer weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with drill setup and design processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend new site Job Safety Analysis.
• Safely operate and control assigned equipment.
• Dig pits, trenches or potholes as directed by plan.
• Responsible for site setup and cleanup.
• Load and unload tools, materials and equipment from truck.
• Set up a safety perimeter.
• Perform work in all weather conditions.
• Other duties as assigned.
