Job summary

A telecom infrastructure company is seeking Experienced Civil Techs in Arizona to assist with tower construction. Responsibilities include operating construction equipment and performing concrete work. The ideal candidates have 1-3 years of construction experience, a high school diploma, and ideally OSHA 10 certification. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of general construction or civil telecom work preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification required or ability to obtain it.
• First Aid/CPR and CDL are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and construction of tower foundations.
• Operate hand and power tools and other construction equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety procedures.

Skills

Basic understanding of concrete work, grading, underground utilities

Ability to read site plans and follow construction drawings

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to safely operate light and heavy equipment
