Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Co. is seeking a Telecom Aerial Foreman to supervise installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will guide and mentor less experienced crew members and coordinate daily field operations.

The role requires climbing, driving, and readiness to travel for storm response; a DOT medical card is required, along with a valid CDL A preferred. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• DOT physical exam with valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Pole climber certification or willingness to become certified.
• CDL Class A license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of aerial telecom systems per codes and customer requirements.
• Safely operate bucket truck, digger derrick, excavators and hand/power tools.
• Keep work areas safe and manage on-site traffic flow.
• Work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Provide guidance and support to teammates as needed.
• Travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew safety checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
