Job summary

KSA Technology Partners, LLC. seeks an Accounting Manager to lead finance operations in southern New Mexico. You will own the monthly close, supervise a small accounting team, and ensure strong internal controls.

This is an onsite, full-time role in Las Cruces with growth potential in regulatory reporting. You will work closely with the Controller, apply GAAP revenue recognition to telecom services, and build Excel models for executive briefings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years leading accounting staff, ideally in telecommunications.
• Working knowledge of FCC Part 32 and GAAP revenue recognition.
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling and pivot tables.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as MACC, SAP or QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor the accounting staff, and keep internal controls strong.
• Own the monthly close and the general ledger.
• Support telecom accounting under FCC Part 32 and related regulatory reporting.
• Apply GAAP revenue recognition to telecom services.

The opportunity

A growing, locally rooted telephone and broadband provider in southern New Mexico needs an Accounting Manager to run its finance operations. You will guide a small accounting group and own the month end process, revenue accounting and FCC Part 32 reporting. The position works directly with the Controller and is a good fit for someone who combines strong technical accounting with clear communication.
