Job summary

Eaze is seeking a proactive Telecaller to join the team working from home. You will identify, engage, onboard, and support Wellness Buddies on the platform, building strong relationships and driving onboarding milestones.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English, persuasive abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This contract role offers flexible remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Proven experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Business Development, Recruitment, Community Operations, or Onboarding roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Malayalam and English (fluent in reading, writing, and speaking).
• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential Wellness Buddies to introduce Eaze and its opportunities.
• Identify, screen, and onboard suitable Wellness Buddies who align with platform guidelines.
• Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Wellness Buddies throughout their journey on the platform.
• Educate Wellness Buddies about platform features, policies, onboarding requirements, and engagement best practices.
• Train and guide newly onboarded Wellness Buddies to ensure successful activation and platform readiness.
• Provide timely assistance and resolve onboarding or operational queries.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, onboarding status, and daily activities in internal systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding, activation, and engagement targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, retention, and community growth.
• Monitor Wellness Buddy engagement and proactively support retention initiatives.
• Stay updated on platform updates, operational processes, and community guidelines.
• Gather feedback from Wellness Buddies and share insights with relevant stakeholders to improve onboarding and engagement processes.
• Lead onboarding and engagement efforts to drive strong community growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join the Eaze team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting Wellness Buddies on the platform. You will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our Wellness Buddy community by building relationships, driving onboarding efforts, and ensuring they are equipped to provide an exceptional user experience.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build trust and meaningful relationships with potential Wellness Buddies.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Comfortable handling objections, follow-ups, and candidate engagement conversations.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations.

• Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.

• Strong empathy, active listening skills, and a people-centric approach.

• Prior experience in creator onboarding, community management, recruitment, counselling support platforms, or service partner acquisition will be an added advantage.
