General Summary

Uses imaging technology and radioactive materials to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.

WellSpan Health is an integrated health system that serves the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. We are actively seeking a full-time teleradiologist for our remote reading group. This is a 100% remote reading opportunity.

Position Highlights:

1. Looking for a board-certified radiologist - general diagnostic experience required with subspecialty training also welcome.
2. Enjoy state of the art equipment which will be installed in your home.
3. Access to an established team of on-site radiologists who pride themselves on professionalism and excellent patient care.
4. Full time schedule with various shift options available.
5. Group enjoys strong administrative, financial and IT support. System wide use of Epic EMR.
6. Must possess or have ability to obtain a PA state medical license.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
2. Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required.

Work Experience:

1. Experience obtained during residency. Required and
2. Significant experience with computed tomography, magnetic imaging, and/or nuclear medicine/positron emission tomography. Required.

Licenses:

1. Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
2. Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required.

Courses and Training:

1. Board Certified or Board Eligible. Upon Hire Required and
2. Graduate of an accredited Radiology residency. Upon Hire Required.
