Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Support sales activities
• Assist customer with providing required information about the Company and its products for allowing them to directly avail the Digit Life Insurance Policy from the company website.
• Assist the customer with technical support in case they are unable to complete their online buy journey on Company website/portal.
• PTEs would be required to work remotely for minimum 4 (four) hours per day. PTEs would be required to work 6 (Six) days in a week as per the rostering that will be done by their managers or supervisors.

Salary: Minimum wage based on experience
