Job summary

Infosys seeks a Technology Project Lead 2 in Florida to drive complex client-focused engineering projects using Java, OSS and networking technologies. Align objectives with business goals, manage budgets, and foster strong client relationships to deliver measurable value.

You will lead planning, risk mitigation, resource allocation and proposal support, guiding teams through scoping changes and performance appraisals to ensure successful outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to work/project locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).
• Experience leading technology projects with client-facing responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular updates for alignment.
• Drive process improvements by reviewing deliverables and applying innovative methods and tools.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and monitor project estimates, budgets, and resource allocation.
