Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems.
• 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, reusable solutions for telecommunications industry domains including networking infrastructure, OSS, BSS, and customer experience platforms.
• Engage with telco customers to gather requirements, understand objectives, and define solution architectures.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer solutions from design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Build frameworks and patterns, including Agentic-AI, that can be leveraged across multiple telco customers and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to best practices, reference architectures, and technical documentation for telco solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team’s growth.
