Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in the United States invites a motivated TEF Intern to join our Technical Engineering Function. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience in manufacturing and engineering, exposure to cross‑functional collaboration, and involvement with real engineering processes.

You will support TEF projects, help generate and manage instructions and SOPs, coordinate meetings, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed an engineering degree.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas.
• Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation, including Work Instructions, SOPs and process documentation.
• Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings: scheduling, agendas, action item tracking.
• Provide day-to-day project support to TEF team members and help with documentation standardization and version control.
