Job summary

Bosch Rexroth is seeking a motivated TEF Intern to support ongoing Technical Engineering Function (TEF) projects in a manufacturing and engineering setting.   • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in engineering or related technical field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Support TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas.
  • Generate, update, and maintain technical documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and process docs.
  • Assist with organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings (scheduling, agendas, action items).
  • Provide day-to-day project support to TEF team members.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement.
  • Assist with documentation standardization and version control.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated TEF Intern to support ongoing Technical Engineering Function (TEF) projects.

This internship provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing and engineering environment, offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration, technical documentation, and real-world engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support TEF projects across multiple technical and operational areas

Generate, Update, And Maintain Technical Documentation, Including
  • Work Instructions
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Process documentation
Assist with the organization and coordination of cross-functional meetings, including:
  • Meeting scheduling
  • Agenda preparation
  • Action item tracking

Provide day-to-day project support to individual TEF team members

Collect, organize, and analyze technical information to support continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with documentation standardization and version control

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in:

  • Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • Engineering Technology or similar technical discipline

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Detail-oriented with a structured approach to tasks

Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with technical documentation or work instructions
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Interest in process improvement, maintenance, or technical operations
  • Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a plus (not required)
