The Dayton Metro Library is seeking a full-time Teen Services Librarian for the Kettering-Moraine Branch. This role focuses on developing programs for teens, providing customer service, and maintaining relationships with schools and community organizations. Ideal candidates will possess a Master's in Library Science or equivalent experience, and be enthusiastic about engaging with the community.
The Dayton Metro Library is seeking a full-time Teen Services Librarian for our bustling Kettering-Moraine Branch. The successful candidate will be flexible, team-oriented and self-motivated. They will enjoy established relationships with the schools and community organizations and strive to enhance those relationships in new ways. The Dayton Metro Library provides proactive customer service to our patrons, and we are looking for someone to continue this tradition of excellence. The Teen Services Librarian develops and delivers all programming for youth in grades 7-12 at the branch and assists all patrons with their information needs. Join our team today!

Essential Job Duties
Compensation and Benefits: The starting hourly rate for this position is $23.25. (Those applicants with a relevant Master’s degree may qualify for the professional offset, which would increase the hourly rate by $3.00 per hour.) Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance along with paid time off and OPERS retirement.
