Job summary

City of Page Library seeks a Teen Services and Programming Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate innovative library services for teens ages 12–18. You will foster a welcoming environment, build partnerships with schools and community organizations, and expand opportunities for youth through library programs and resources.

You will lead programs focused on literacy, STEM/STEAM, technology, leadership, and civic engagement, while coordinating advisory groups and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience planning programs and events preferred.
• Experience with outreach and community partnerships preferred.
• Experience working with teens in library, school, recreation, education, or youth development settings preferred.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement engaging educational, recreational, and cultural programs for teens.
• Build relationships with teen patrons and encourage active participation in programs.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all teens.
• Coordinate teen advisory groups and leadership initiatives.
• Develop partnerships with schools and community organizations.
• Track attendance, evaluate program effectiveness, and prepare reports.
• Provide reference and readers' advisory services.
• Attend professional development opportunities.
