YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne is seeking a Teen Coordinator at Renaissance Pointe YMCA in Fort Wayne, IN. This part-time role supports high-quality teen programs and safe, engaging activities after school and evenings.

You’ll develop programs, help with outreach, and keep clear records while partnering with staff to create a welcoming environment for diverse teens.

Requirements

Candidates must be committed to contributing to the mission, culture, and values of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne as well as:

• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be cleared to drive a bus.
• Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
• Excellent human relation skills and enthusiasm.
• Basic math skills and demonstrated recordkeeping proficiency.
• An elevated level of organization, flexibility, and ability to handle difficult situations effectively.

Salary:Part-time $14.40-$14.90 hour

Hours Available: Monday- Friday 2:00 pm-7:00 pm, Saturdays 6:00pm-11:00pm, flexible
