Job description

As a Room Attendant, you’ll ensure our rooms and suites are always ‘fresh and welcoming’ for our guests after a busy day – creating a haven for relaxation or a space to get some last-minute work done.

Key Accountabilities

  • Maintain our standards by making each room special and memorable for guests.
  • Assist guests with their needs, such as providing a toothbrush or directions.
  • Update your supervisor on room service progress and report any repairs needed.
  • Follow safety procedures at all times and wear protective equipment when required.
  • Stay organized by managing supplies and amenities efficiently to minimize waste.
  • Log and reunite lost items with owners according to procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance by wearing your uniform properly.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as needed, including deep cleaning and turndown services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality service.

Key Skills & Experiences

  • This is a physical role; good fitness is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and push/pull heavy objects.
  • Ability to bend and kneel as required.
  • Basic literacy, reading, writing, and math skills.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $16.23.
