Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and service experience.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Handling Certification required.
• Valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle on-call shifts.
