1-800-Packouts of Tarrant County is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician in Fort Worth to guide job-site teams through packouts, restoration, and returns, ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism.

In this hands-on, fast-paced role you will lead crews, coordinate daily tasks, maintain inventory and documentation, and uphold quality standards while mentoring new technicians and communicating with management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restoration, moving, or a related field.
• Experience leading crews or supervising technicians.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians during packouts, restoration, and packbacks.
• Coordinate daily job tasks and maintain efficient workflow.
• Ensure accurate inventory, photos, and documentation.
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
• Communicate job updates with management and team members.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and warehouse organization.

We’re hiring a Lead Restoration Technician to guide job site teams and ensure packouts, restoration work, and returns are completed safely, accurately, and professionally.
