Job summary

Culligan of Mansfield Ohio is hiring a Service Technician / Installer to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment. This is a full-time role with standard weekday hours and benefits.

You’ll work in homes and businesses, with training provided to develop skills in water treatment and customer service.

Culligan of Mansfield Ohio is looking for a dependable Service Technician / Installer to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair residential and commercial water treatment equipment.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with benefits and no weekends or late nights.

What You'll Do:

As a Culligan Service Technician / Installer, you'll work in customers' homes and businesses to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair Culligan water treatment equipment. Responsibilities include:

• Installing, repairing and maintaining water softeners, drinking water systems, whole-house filtration and other equipment
• Performing diagnostics and water testing to troubleshoot equipment
• Explaining repair and replacement options to customers
• Delivering 50-lb salt bags, 5-gallon water bottles and other products when needed
• Assisting with equipment deliveries and installations
• Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Following company procedures and safety practices

What we're looking for:

Water treatment experience is not required. We'll train the right person.

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanically inclined and enjoys working with tools and equipment
• Dependable, organized, coachable and willing to learn
• Able to follow established procedures
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to safely lift and move equipment and products weighing 50–75 lbs.
• Takes pride in quality work and customer service

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, maintenance, construction, automotive repair or other skilled trades is helpful, but not required.
