What You'll Do

• Support restoration projects — water damage, mold, and more — as you train up.
• Complete work orders, daily logs, and job documentation using your phone or tablet.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with customers on site.
• Inspect your own work to make sure it holds up to our standard.
• Keep equipment, tools, and your vehicle organized and job-ready.
• Handle basic equipment and vehicle maintenance.
• Learn new tools, tech, and techniques as we add services.
• Hold yourself and your teammates to a high bar on quality, safety, and service.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow a process.
• Comfortable with a smartphone or tablet and basic apps for job documentation.
• A year of floor or specialty cleaning experience is a plus (think: strip and wax, tile and grout, air duct, upholstery) — but it's not required. We'll train the right person.
• A strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and pride in doing the job right.

Your Certification Track

• Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
• Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT)
• Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT)
• Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD)

• Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration Technician (FSRT)

Pay
