Job summary

EverLine Coatings and Services is hiring Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The role involves line striping, sealcoating, crack filling, and power washing at various sites, with occasional evenings or weekends.

You will assist in site prep, operate small equipment, and maintain PPE to ensure a safe work environment while delivering excellent on-site customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean record.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work outdoors.
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic.
• Experience with small engines or painting equipment is a bonus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing.
• Assist in site prep: sweeping, cleaning, marking surfaces.
• Operate and maintain sprayers and stripers.

Skills

We are currently seeking Pavement Maintenance Technicians to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform line striping, crack filling, sealcoating, and power washing
• Assist in site prep: sweeping, cleaning, marking surfaces
• Operate and maintain small equipment like sprayers and stripers
• Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain a safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service on-site
• Travel to job sites, sometimes working evenings or weekends
