Job summary

Pulver Enterprises Inc in California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment facilities running smoothly. You will inspect, maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and perform remodel work as needed.

We value reliability, teamwork, and problem-solving. The right candidate has at least 3 years in maintenance, a practical mindset, and availability for on-call duties including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge in Plumbing systems, electrical systems, flooring cabinetry.
• Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
• Available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends for emergencies.
• Excellent work ethic, communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs
• Inspect the building for any structural damage to windows, doors, and walls and perform necessary repairs
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when the equipment was last serviced
• Ensure work is done to the highest quality
• Handle additional maintenance tasks as needed
