Job summary

DRYmedic North Bay/East Bay is hiring a Mitigation Demo Technician to respond to water, fire, and mold events. You’ll work on the front line with lead technicians, extracting water, removing damaged materials, and setting up equipment while keeping sites clean and safe.

No restoration experience is required—we will train the right person. This role is physical, fast-paced, and offers a clear path for growth into senior technician positions.

DRYmedic responds to water damage, fire damage, and mold — when homeowners and businesses need help most. As a Mitigation Demo Technician, you're on the front line of getting properties back to normal. You'll work alongside our lead technicians extracting water, removing damaged materials, setting up equipment, and keeping job sites clean and safe.

No two days look the same, and the work is physical and fast-paced. We'll train you on everything you need to know — but you have to bring the work ethic and the willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
• Assist the lead technician with job site production
• Set up, move, clean, and store equipment and tools
• Clean up job sites and remove debris
• Maintain job site safety at all times
• Use power tools and assist with warehouse duties

Who You Are
