As a Mitigation Demo Technician, you will be on the front line of restoring properties. You’ll work alongside lead technicians to extract water, remove damaged materials, set up equipment, and keep job sites clean and safe. The work is physical, fast‑paced, and varied; we train you on everything you need to know, but you must bring a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
• Assist the lead technician with job site production
• Set up, move, clean, and store equipment and tools
• Clean up job sites and remove debris
• Maintain job site safety at all times
• Use power tools and assist with warehouse duties
