BRIDGE 2 BRILLIANCE LLC in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental challenges, under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, implement plans, provide one-on-one client support at home and in the community, and collaborate with families while pursuing professional development in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; RBT certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to handle challenging behaviors with professionalism.
• Reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior changes.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients in various settings, including home and community.
