Breakthrough ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality in-home and center-based ABA services in the Greater Houston area, Cypress, and Beaumont. Employees enjoy flexible full-time and part-time opportunities with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience working with children (special needs a plus).
• Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset.
• Strong ability to build rapport and motivate children.
• Must pass a background check.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and report data on target behaviors.
• Participate in behavior management programming.
• Support families with modeling and caregiver training.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday; flexible shifts based on your availability
• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Locations: Greater Houston Area, Beaumont, and Cypress, TX

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
