Qualifications

• For this entry-level program, a four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant technical and business experience is acceptable.
• Majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Risk Management are encouraged.
• Related internship experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gain familiarity with products, skills, and technologies, including AI, used across the IT enterprise.
• Participate in projects spanning multiple IT departments and help capture requirements.
• Assist in developing technological solutions and applications that meet business needs.
• Conduct needs analyses, feasibility studies, data analysis, and create process documentation.
• Develop test requirements and execute test cases to ensure quality.
