Position Overview:

As a Technology Strategy Tech Lead, you will be a hands on developer in building a brand new business-led technology platform for application development. We need your help in identifying technology dependencies, building helm charts and terraform templates, and testing code for production deployments. If you have experience with automating and deploying resilient AWS Cloud Infrastructure environments, and are comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment then this is the role for you!

We will be enabling standardization and scalability for cloud environments that align with business needs. We are responsible for identifying new opportunities to advance technology, coordinating stakeholder requirements, ensuring adherence to technical controls, communicating impact, and delivering cloud infrastructure that satisfies the business needs.

Your Impact:

• Bring your experience to the team and contribute to the development of modern cloud infrastructure
• Develop advanced cloud infrastructure patterns through a combined use of Terraform, Helm Charts, and/or Cloud Formation Templates as required
• Develop templates for cloud infrastructure that can be consumed by business application teams that simplifies the coding knowledge required for infrastructure automation
• Test the designed components for production usage at scale
• Ensure that all delivered capabilities align with business objectives

• Partner with internal collaborators and develop relationships

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure design
• Ability to develop code across Terraform, Helm Charts, and Cloud Formation Templates
• Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud resiliency patterns
• Desire to automate, standardize, and scale consumption for the end user

• Ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others while navigating sensitive situations

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $149,000 - $223,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
