Job Description

As a recruiting Talent Scout, it’s your job to find the cream of the crop. You will be a huge asset to continue our growth path. You will work directly with our Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Business leaders to help us scale with precision. This is a full cycle recruiting role, meaning managing your entire pipeline from sourcing to procedural steps to driving feedback all the way towards offer acceptance.

Job Title: Senior US Technical Recruiter / Senior US IT Technical Recruiter (Only for females)

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Complete Remote work

Working hours: 8 AM EST to 5 PM EST.

Skills Required: Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in calculating US Taxation policies.

This role is responsible for Internal recruitment for our ongoing/upcoming development projects. We pay recurring incentives along with an attractive salary.

What we’re looking for:

  1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience with the full life-cycle recruiting workflow in the US IT Staffing.
  2. Must bring prior expertise on Full Time, W-2 contracts & contract to hire placements.
  3. Must have prior experience in hiring US Citizens and Permanent Residents.
  4. Exceptional sourcing & shortlisting skills of highly qualified candidates through various job boards (Dice), LinkedIn, and references.
  5. Good understanding of tax terms W2/1099/C2C.
  6. Must have experience in creating Boolean search strings based on job descriptions for resume searches on job boards.
  7. Experience in recruiting UI/UX Designers, Mobile Developers, AI, Machine Learning, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Blockchain, and DevOps is highly desired.
  8. Technical understanding with an ability to explain job requirements for technology roles.
  9. Good interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
  10. Open to flexible working hours.
  11. Strong technical understanding of the technical roles/skills.
  12. An aggressive team player, self-motivated & starter.
  13. Experience in product & in-house hiring will be a plus.
  14. Excellent communication & written skills.
