Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA designs, develops, and optimizes pharmaceutical and biological processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, while collaborating with multiple departments to support mass production and troubleshoot production issues.

Salary range is $35.00-55.00 per hour with an at-will employment arrangement; final pay determinations depend on experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new or revised pharmaceutical/biological processes taking into consideration problems inherent in the transfer of technology from research to manufacturing
• Developing procedures for economical mass production in cooperation with pilot-plant and production departments
• Conducting tests and measurements throughout stages of production to determine control over applicable variables
• Servicing, troubleshooting, and solving production process problems with processes or equipment already in operation
• Preparing and maintaining reports to ensure the plant's processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations
• If applicable: Recommending acquisition and use of new technological equipment and materials

The Professional performs some or all of the following accountabilities as assigned:
