Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Supervisor for the Technology Transfer group in Grand Island, NE. You will supervise 3-4 direct reports, coordinate routine tasks, and train new staff while driving development plans and ensuring clear, cross-departmental communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering is required.
• 5-7 years of experience in product development, process scale-up, or technology transfer.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of parenteral product development, manufacturing process, validation, cGMPs, and FDA regulations.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Supervise 3-4 direct reports and maintain development plans.
• Coordinate routine departmental tasks and train new employees.
• Lead weekly Technology Transfer Team meetings with cross-functional input.
• Review and approve documents; author protocols as needed.
• Translate development findings into manufacturing and cleaning processes.
• Support regulatory submissions and site investigations as required.
• Act as liaison for manufacturing-related questions and issue resolution.
