Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Charlotte, NC seeks a mid-level associate for its Technology Transactions and Commercial Agreements team to structure, negotiate, and close complex tech contracts.

You will handle software licensing, cloud services, and IP development agreements, conduct IP due diligence in M&A, and collaborate across offices to support fast-paced deals.

A Juris Doctor from a top law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial agreements.
• Experience with software licensing, cloud services, and digital infrastructure deals.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, semiconductor development, and digital assets.
