Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Technology Trainer (Teacher).

Position type : Technology Trainer (Teacher)

Duration : 3 Months (30 hours / weekly)

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching technology courses virtually and in-person using the CLIENT curriculum and approach.
• Creating a supportive learning environment.
• Providing personalized support to callers on the Senior Planet hotlines.
• Making outbound calls to Senior Planet members.
• Representing and promoting the Senior Planet culture and opportunities.
• Engaging with CLIENT staff and providing feedback on site issues and curriculum.
• Coordinating with site staff and participating in events like graduations.
• Submitting paperwork promptly and collecting surveys and evaluations.
• Entering data into Salesforce and participating in trainer meetings.
• Recruiting participants and supervising volunteers as needed.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly in English.
• Experience teaching diverse age groups, including seniors.
• Proficiency with Windows, iOS, social media, and common technologies.
• Willingness to travel to community centers when safe.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility, patience, and humor.
