Job summary

ServiceMaster RRH in Branford, CT is seeking reliable and motivated team members to join our disaster restoration crew. You will learn science-based remediation across fire, water, and mold projects, and grow with our program that uses cutting-edge technology and field software.

From day one you’ll document daily progress, communicate clearly with customers and teammates, and participate in after-hours emergency work. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Must have aptitude for technology and be proficient with a cell phone.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be available for emergency work after hours and weekends one week per month.

We need reliable, motivated, and enthusiastic self starters to join our ServiceMaster team in Hamden/New Haven.

The successful candidates may have some experience but must be willing to learn:

• Science based professional fire, water, and mold remediation skills
• How to use technology to handle disaster restoration projects from beginning to end
• How to use the complete suite of ServiceMaster's cell phone based restoration software
• How to help document daily progress of our projects
• How to communicate clearly with customers and other crew members

Requirements

This is a 40 hour per week job, but there is some flexibility possible with regard to schedule. The growth potential here is unlimited and the training needed for growth is a key part of our work environment.

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
