The CrowdStrike Information Technology Service Desk (ITSD) Team is looking for an Technology Support Specialist to join our team. The ITSD Team is a key component of the CrowdStrike global team and is critical to the smooth and effective daily operations of all CrowdStrike team members. This position will facilitate, implement, troubleshoot, and problem solve in support of our internal CrowdStrike users. Additionally, they will work to enhance the ITSD Team’s service delivery, systems, and operational process and procedures.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $100,000 - $155,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
