Qualifications

  • Major or interest in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proactive, open-minded approach, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist IT team with helpdesk tasks and IT support requests.
  • Learn IT processes and document resolutions for future reference.
  • Support onboarding of new users and equipment, under supervision.
  • Contribute ideas and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
