• Guiding analysts and senior analysts through problem solving, research synthesis, and development of client-ready materials
• Reviewing strategic models, scenario analyses, and opportunity assessments to validate accuracy and consistency
• Supporting enterprise cost structure, value realization, and transformation efforts through hypothesis-driven analysis and capability prioritization
• Identifying growth opportunities, productivity improvements, and operating model changes that align with client business goals
• Facilitating executive discussions, synthesizing findings, and presenting recommendations in clear, concise formats
• Applying digital tooling, data analytics, and AI-enabled methods to strengthen strategy development and value realization work
