• Review strategic models, scenario analyses, and opportunity assessments to validate accuracy and consistency.
• Identify growth opportunities, productivity improvements, and operating model changes that align with client business goals.
• Facilitate executive discussions, synthesize findings, and present recommendations in clear, concise formats.
• Apply digital tooling, data analytics, and AI-enabled methods to strengthen strategy development and value realization work.
• Manage multiple client deliverables, timelines, and workstream dependencies while adapting to shifting priorities.
