This role is a strong fit for a strategic, collaborative leader who can make complex work simpler and bring partners together around outcomes that matter.

Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated technology strategy and roadmap across Enterprise Data, AI and Platforms, including priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and multi-year outcomes.
  • Turn enterprise goals into an actionable portfolio by clarifying scope, tradeoffs, decisions, and value measures for product, engineering, and business partners.
  • Improve the platform experience through stronger onboarding, access, documentation, support, observability, and enablement that reduce friction and increase adoption.
  • Partner across product, engineering, architecture, governance, security, privacy, compliance, finance, operations, and business teams to align decisions and remove barriers.
  • Build investment cases and benefits plans that connect funding decisions to measurable outcomes, including adoption, reliability, reuse, satisfaction, and cost efficiency.
  • Establish governance routines, decision rights, portfolio reviews, standards alignment, dependency management, and risk escalation paths that improve transparency and accountability.
  • Advance responsible AI strategy by helping teams prioritize intake, move experiments to scale, and improve quality, speed, and reuse across the enterprise.
Required Qualifications
  • 15 or more years of experience in technology strategy, operating model transformation, platform product leadership, program leadership, or portfolio leadership.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale roadmaps, governance models, standards, dependency management, and cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics, frame decisions, and create clear action plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align product, engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on cloud platforms, modern data and analytics architecture, or shared technology platforms.
  • Experience operating in a regulated environment and partnering with security, privacy, or compliance teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, business, data, analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and the use of AI tools to improve productivity, workflow, and decision making.
  • Experience driving enterprise analytics, data platform, servicing platform, or AI adoption at scale in healthcare, financial services, or another regulated industry.
