We are currently seeking a Technology Strategy Consultant to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Role Profile

We are seeking an experienced strategist supporting technology fluency (i.e., “strategy-first, tech-aware”). Candidates should be capable of leading complex workstreams, framing ambiguous problems, and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

Experience Profile (Onsite Position)

• 7–12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business architecture, or transformation
• Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering, architecture, and business teams
• Proven experience leading multi-month, cross-functional engagements
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguity and drive decisions using data
• Experience in workforce management platforms is needed.
• Experience with contact center strategy, operations, or transformation decisioning is a strong plus

Preferred location : Dallas (first preference)
