Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Specialist for IT Service, Support and Operations with DevOps focus in Plano, TX. The hybrid work setup combines remote collaboration with on-site delivery in a multi-application environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in DevOps CI/CD for IAM tooling.
• Hands-on installation, configuration and support of IAM tools such as IBM ISVA, IVIA, ISVG, Sailpoint.
• Experience with LDAP setup, configuration and troubleshooting.
• CI/CD tooling experience with Jenkins, deployment pipelines, Unix shell scripting.
• Familiarity with authentication frameworks: SSO, SAML, OAuth, EntraID.
• Ability to deploy releases across production and non-production environments.
• Knowledge of WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat maintenance.
• Programming knowledge in Java or .NET desirable.
• Monitoring and health checks using scripts and Dynatrace.
• Create and manage CICD pipelines for multiple environments.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; adherence to client processes.
• Ability to work in a global delivery environment.
