Brown & Brown, Inc.’s Technology Solutions offers an award-winning paid internship program based in Daytona Beach, FL. This project-based experience provides undergraduates with opportunities to contribute to real enterprise projects while learning from a world-class team.

Interns will gain exposure to new technologies, develop and troubleshoot system modifications, foster innovation, and provide application support.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in a STEM related field
• Expected graduation: December 2026 or later
• Minimum GPA: 3.0

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, analysis, and reporting
• Exploring Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Project Management initiatives
• Support tasks tied to project milestones, recommendations and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Complete assigned projects and deliverables, presenting recommendations at the conclusion of the internship to leaders
• Actively participate in all internship program elements
• Perform duties as assigned by department leadership

As part of a leading global insurance brokerage, the intern role based out of Daytona Beach, FL, will be exposed to a range of learning opportunities, including working with new technologies, developing and troubleshooting system modifications, fostering innovation, and providing application support.
