• Experience leading technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Technology Solutions Engineer will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that improve how students access services and supports through CUNY CARES. Reporting to the Director of the Benefits Hub, this position will work closely with program leadership, university stakeholders, and external partners to develop system integrations, automate workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and support the ongoing evolution of the CUNY CARES technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate is an experienced technology professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building scalable solutions, and translating business needs into practical technical applications.
