Job summary

Goodwin Procter is seeking highly qualified senior associates to join our Technologies Companies M&A group. Candidates should have significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, especially for technology companies and venture capital investor clients.

Candidates must be proactive, possess a strong business sense, and be able to manage internal and external client and counsel relationships with outstanding academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
