Candidates should have significant experience both working in teams and in managing components of transactions independently, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions, preferably for both early- and late-stage technology companies and leading venture capital investor clients. Candidates must be proactive, have a strong business sense, and possess the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.
