Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in financial services with regulatory exposure, including 4+ years in second line risk.
• Experience in technology, cyber, and operational resilience risk management and governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent second-line oversight of IT, information security/cyber, AI, technology resilience, and infrastructure risks.
• Assess and challenge first-line risk assessments, controls, and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain the technology and operational resilience risk framework with KRIs and thresholds.
