Qualifications

• 8+ years industry experience.
• 5+ years in management.
• Masters degree or higher; certifications may be considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads the technology risk discipline, driving the risk management framework across Technology.
• Implements and operates technology risk strategy, governance, and policy adoption.
• Directs risk identification and assessment, focusing on emerging tech and cross-functional exposures.
• Acts as senior advisor to technology and business leadership on risk posture and escalation.
• Leads risk reporting, metrics, and analytics to senior leadership.
