Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Technology Risk and Controls Analyst

Position type : Permanent

Duration : Full-Time Employee with Innova Solutions.

As a Technology Risk and Controls Analyst, you will :

Work closely with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, Internal Audit, and industry standards, while supporting technology-aligned process owners in managing operational aspects of Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Contributing to the development and implementation of risk mitigation / remediation strategies, this role utilizes analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address risks and support larger projects. By fostering strong relationships with internal and external partners, you will help maintain a secure and compliant technology environment for the firm.

• Track and record technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with firm, Internal Audit, regulatory, and industry standards, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
• Analyze the health of the risk and control environment, utilizing risk dashboards and other relevant metrics to inform decision – Making.
• Assist in the management of projects related to risk and control initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the firm's risk management objectives.
• Escalation of issues and risks, collaboration with key stakeholders for resolution and recurrence Prevention.
• Monitoring, analysis, and SLA management related to audit replies / Response
• Providing status updates, supporting creation of presentation slides.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Baseline knowledge or equivalent experience in technology risk management, information security, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of risk management practices, control evaluation methods, and regulatory requirements.
• Emerging knowledge in data and analytics, governance, and risk management.
• High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to review and assess data, matrices and operational situations, and address issues strategically.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as the employee is expected to collaborate closely with partners daily, and with Application / Infrastructure Owners to resolve issues.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently manage time and multiple activities, and execute responsibilities with limited direct supervision.
• Detail-oriented, focused, and strong organizational skills required.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
