Job summary

PMY Group is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead planning, design, procurement, construction, and implementation of technology infrastructure for public sector clients in North & West Texas. Based in DFW, the role requires travel to client sites, coordination with architects, engineers, and vendors, and managing multiple concurrent projects.

The ideal candidate has PM experience in technology consulting, AV, or low‑voltage systems, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or coordination experience in technology consulting, AV, or low‑voltage systems.
• Experience supporting public sector clients such as K–12, higher education, municipalities, or other government entities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, site visits, and coordination sessions.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
• Support senior PMs in managing client expectations and project priorities.
• Prepare and present updates, recommendations, and findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Own delivery of assigned projects, including schedule, budget, and client communications.
