Job summary

Mizuho is seeking a motivated Junior Technology Project Manager to join the Investment Banking Technology team in New York. You will plan and execute Snowflake migration projects, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and monitor milestones.

A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field and PMP certification are required. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment with a robust benefits package.

• Awareness of investment banking technology and data solutions would be an advantage, specifically DCM, ECM, M&A/Advisory or Corporate Finance business lines.

Investment Banking Business – Snowflake Migration Projects

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technology Project Manager to join our investment banking technology team. Responsibilities will include project planning and execution, recommending solutions to project challenges, identifying and mitigating risks, prioritizing deliverables, managing timelines, and working with cross-functional teams. You will independently manage the execution of projects, identify and mitigate risks, address issues, coordinate resources, and contribute to documentation and reporting efforts.

Ideal candidates possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with cloud data solutions (preferably Snowflake), and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in financial services or technology project coordination is desirable.

The expected base salary ranges from $83k-$120k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
