Infosys Plano is seeking a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive complex cloud-based manufacturing projects. You will shape timelines, coordinate between engineering teams and customers, and ensure alignment with SDLC standards.

The role demands hands-on AWS cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and IaC tooling. You will manage risks, drive budgets, and mentor platform engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent is required.
• Relocation/travel to work/project location may be needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in the future.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
• Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables
• Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs

Required Skill And Experience

• Strong hands-on expertise in AWS Cloud Architecture and Operations
• Experience in DevOps, CI/CD Tools, Docker, Kubernetes and ECS/EKS
• Working experience in Terraform / Infrastructure as Code,
• Detailed knowledge of CloudWatch, Observability Tools, DevSecOps and Cloud Security
• Experience in Incident and Release Management

Preferred Skill And Experience

• AI/GenAI Concepts and Amazon Bedrock
• Stakeholder and Team Management
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance platform engineering teams
• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
